Claims support
Had a claim? We’ll take care of it
Report it in two minutes: we open and follow up the file with the insurer. You have a single point of contact.
What to do
Four steps, no stress
Here is what to do straight after a claim and what we do from that moment on.
01
Make things safe
People first: in an emergency call 144 (ambulance), 117 (police) or 118 (fire brigade). Then limit the damage, without exposing yourself to risk.
02
Document it
Take photos of the damage and the place, note the date, time and people present, and keep reports, invoices and estimates. Do not sign any admission of fault.
03
Tell us
Fill in the form below or call us: we open the file with the insurer and tell you straight away what is needed.
04
We follow the file
We liaise with the insurer and the assessor, and check that the cover is applied correctly and the compensation is right.
Report a claim
Fill in the form, we’ll take care of the rest
We receive your report straight away and call you back to complete the claim. Attach photos and documents if you already have them.
!
